Titilayo Bimpe Oke is a seasoned legal and investments executive with extensive experience in the financial services sector, specializing in mobilizing capital for infrastructure investments including structuring and negotiating project finance and investment deals in sectors such as power, transport infrastructure, heavy industries, and natural resources across Africa.
Before joining AFC, Titilayo worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers in its Tax & Legal Services and Governance, Risk & Compliance divisions as well as the World Bank, contributing to the Doing Business Report, which measured the effectiveness of business regulations across 193 countries.
Titilayo holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and an LLM in International Corporate Governance and Financial Regulation from the University of Warwick.
